One of my favorite personalities was the Canadian author and historian
Pierre Berton.

Ian Coristine Pilot – Photographer – Publisher
Ian’s magnificent aerial photographs of the Thousand Islands are becoming world famous. He has created 3 notable books of pictures that he has taken in numerous flyovers and aerial visits up and down the river from his home on Raleigh Island. His third book is
The Thousand Islands
A visit to his beautiful web site will allow you to see examples of his work and career.
There is even a radio interview with Ian that was broadcast on North Country Public Radio with Todd Moe who visited him on Raleigh Island.
